Website Design

• Work on the site will begin once the Direct Debit form has been submitted.
• Standard sites will be delivered within 2 business days after the direct debit is submitted and all content is provided.
• The first payment will be taken 7 days after signing up.
• If the customer is unhappy with their site they have 7 days to cancel the order.
• If a direct debit payment is not successful it will be tried again in 3 days time. If the second attempt is unsuccessful the customers Care Plan will be suspended and the website and any web hosting/email accounts will not function until payment recommences.
• If the customer wishes to cancel their Upsite payments they must notify Upsite Studios in writing and give 30 days notice.
• Cancelling your Care plan before the minimum 12 month term will incur a design and setup fee of $1100.

Website Care Plans

• If the customer wishes to cancel their Upsite payments they must notify Upsite Studios in writing and give 30 days notice.
• The Care Plan includes unlimited basic text and images edits to original site content. Basic image edits are cropping and resizing for web.  Any type of actual photo retouching, colour edits, removing objects etc will be quoted and invoiced as usual.  Adding any new content or functionality may incur additional charges and will be quoted for approval before work is commenced.
• Some Wordpress themes stop developing updates  but we will do our best to keep the theme secure. If an issue arises we will provide advice on the best way to move forward and provide any necessary quotes.
