To manage your site effectively we will need some website access details from you.  This will allow us to setup the required software, monitoring and complete the ongoing maintenance.  You can email this info to support@upsite.com.au. We will also send you an email in relation to these details.

• Wordpress login
  Username and password for access to the website backend.
  
  
• FTP login
  If you have ordered hosting from us here at Upsite then we will handle this for you.  If you have your own hosting already then we will need the following details.  If you don't have these details already you can ask your current web hosting provider.  
  - FTP server address
  - FTP username and password
  - FTP & explicit FTPS port number
